Perfect conditions for freeride & off-piste

Skiing in open country

Endless slopes of powder snow, summits that you cannot reach by cable car and pristine white that no other freerider has ever seen: off-piste skiing is the discipline for all those who need more of a kick than prepared pistes have to offer. The ski circus has a big heart also for freestylers, as reflected in the many snow parks and other fun attractions. Ever since the ski circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang was expanded to include Fieberbrunn, off-piste fans have even more reason to rejoice. Innumerable freeride and freestyle runs in all kinds of terrain, the ski circus is considered the place to be for freeriders.

Together with certified ski instructors and mountain guides, you will not just learn the correct technique, but also everything to do with risks and safety away from the prepared slopes. The correct handling of avalanche search equipment and probes as well as the correct assessment of the snow conditions are basics that every skier who goes off-piste should master.
